Once again, thank you Seraph Estates for coming to our rescue! 

The tenants in our apartment were relocating to another part of Britain and therefore did not want to renew their tenancy for the end of October 2011.

I immediately phoned Seraph Estates to ask them to start advertising for a new tenant (s) and almost immediately, they had arranged numerous viewings. I am delighted to say that our new tenant moved in at the beginning of November and has signed a tenancy agreement for 1 year.  This was a massive relief to us as it has resulted in no loss of rent.

On inspecting the property prior to the new tenant moved in, I was assured that all is in order and that I need not worry about anything as “Seraph will take care of everything for you”.

I have always respected & admired the professionalism, dedication and quick action shown by every staff member and it goes without saying that I am your number one fan!!!

Thank you for acting for us in the recent sale of our student five-let.  We were very pleased with the professional and efficient service we received, and we much appreciated how you and your staff responded so promptly to every e-mail and query.  It was such a relief that the whole thing ran so smoothly, and the buyers also report themselves very satisfied with their experience of Seraph Estates.

I spoke to Douglas about a property my friends and I were looking for recently.  Although not the easiest situation with the group of people I was moving with, Douglas was able to give friendly advice on how to make the move as smooth as possible.  The fact that we wanted to move almost immediately added a certain amount of pressure as well.

That afternoon I received a call from one of his team saying he had a number of potential properties lined up for us to view, going on the specifications we had given.  We viewed them in quick succession the following day in a prompt and professional manner.  Although this is only one aspect of Seraph Estates' business, I feel confident in saying that they go the extra mile for their customers.  If you know anyone in need of a property to let - whether it is one room or ten rooms - Douglas is the person to contact.
