Part of a typical Cardiff terrace house (no forecourt) that has been converted into four flats. This is the front ground floor flat and you enter into the living/kitchen area through the door off the corridor. The room has laminate flooring and curtains and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table etc. The kitchen is along the far wall and is fitted with electric cooker, gas hob, washer dryer, and fridge freezer and also has sink, drainer and workspace with tiled splash back.
