Detailed Property Description

The property is located at the top end of Cathays Terrace and so is a very popular location for students and young professionals being close to the Heath Hospital, Cardiff University and the city centre. It is also very near a large number of pubs as well as local shops and with the number of bus routes on the nearby roads there is really no need to own a car if you were living in this location.
