Energy Performance Certificates - Come into effect 1st October 2008

From October 1st, Landlords will have to make an energy performance certificate (EPC) available to prospective tenants as part of the letting process.
The EPC, which is valid for ten years, will rate a property's energy performance and make recommendations about how to improve the energy efficiency of the property.
Seraph Estates has teamed up with an provider to offer EPCs the amazing price of £60 per property. If you are a landlord then please contact us immediately to get your property surveyed.

Sue has been in the property business for decades and has worked for many familiar companies including Peter Alan, Barratt and Knights. Seraph Estates Commercial department have taken on four new commercial properties. These include the old post office in Old St Mellons available on a new lease at £12000 per annum, a retail unit on Whitchurch Road, a retail unit on Donald Street just off Albany Road and a workshop/garage for sale freehold on Clive Street for £35000.

Seraph Estates have moved their website over to a new faster server! Visitors to the website should notice a marked improvement in the speed at which the site is delivered.
The new hosting also means that we can move on to provide a whole new level of website experience. Our new site is currently being designed and programmed and will have many exciting features not seen on other agents sites.
